We’re currently hiring for the following roles:


Account Director

The Account Director will contribute to TDC’s continued success by becoming a positive, motivational and supportive leadership figure in the business working alongside other senior team members.

The successful candidate will be a senior contact for clients. They will manage and oversee TDC’s various accounts teams to ensure campaigns are delivered and service level agreements are met.

Commercially minded and creative in nature, the account director will be adept at building relationships with key commentators, industry spokespeople and senior journalists. They will also direct and lead PR projects and provide counsel to their clients and board alike. As a senior member of the business, they will also deliver new business and grow existing accounts.

Salary: £48-£55k depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have between 5-7 years’ experience in an agency or in-house role.

Senior Account Manager

As an experienced member of the team supporting the account directors and management team, the Senior Account Manager will often be the main day-to-day point of contact for clients.

Ensuring the smooth running of the account(s) and leading by example to junior members. It is an opportunity to hone and refine management and mentorship skills and reinforce these for strategic thinking and client counselling.

The SAM’s job is to build strong client relationships and co-ordinate with internal teams to deliver on and exceed the clients’ objectives. They will demonstrate good business thinking and identify new opportunities in which to grow accounts.

Salary: £40-£45k depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an agency or in-house role.

Account Manager

The Account Manager will typically work across several different accounts, building on the skills of time management, strategic thinking and client communication developed at senior account executive level.

Supporting and directly reporting into the senior account manager and/or account director, the account manager is responsible for delivering the smooth implementation of day-to-day activities, planning to ensure the activity is at the appropriate cadence to meet the scope of work of individual accounts and achieve the client’s short and long term PR objectives.

Salary: £36-£40k depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have minimum of 3 years’ experience in an agency or in-house role.

Senior Account Executive

The senior account executive plays an important supporting role to the accounts team, typically comprising an account executive, senior account manager, and director.

The SAE will typically work across a number of different accounts, enabling the skills acquired at AE level to be further developed and reinforced. Supporting and directly reporting to the AM or SAM, the SAE is responsible for ensuring the implementation of day-to-day activities and thinking about how activity on the account ladders up to overall client objectives.

Right at the frontline of media relations, the SAE is also adept at selling-in stories to reporters and editors, leveraging the relationships they have with core press and demonstrating a clear understanding of the media landscape.

Salary: £29-£34k depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an agency or in-house role.

Account Executive

The Account Executive will typically work across several different accounts, enabling the skills acquired at junior account executive level to be further developed and reinforced.

Supporting and directly reporting to the senior account executive and account manager, the account executive is responsible for implementing day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth operation of key accounts.

Salary: £25-£29k depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in an agency or in-house role.

Talent Acquisition Manager (part time)

As TDC nears its tenth year of business, the company is at an exciting stage of development having grown steadily since launch and more than doubling in turnover and size since 2020. With ambitious onward growth targets and expanding our portfolio, we are looking for an in-house Talent Acquisition Manager who will act as a strategic partner to our business and help us build our team by sourcing outstanding PR and communications professionals. This will be a part-time role, 20 hours a week spread across Monday to Friday with flexibility around working from home and at our offices in Kennington, South London.

Salary: £20-£23k depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have significant, demonstrable experience working either in an in-house or agency recruitment capacity.

Resource Manager (part time)

As TDC nears its tenth year of business, the company is at an exciting stage of development having grown steadily since launch and more than doubling in turnover and size since 2020. With ambitious onward growth targets and an expanding client portfolio, we are looking for an in-house Resource Manager who will become a strategic part of our senior leadership team, helping us build our team by sourcing outstanding PR and communications professionals. The Resource Manager will work closely with TDC’s senior leadership team to address resourcing needs as well as managing day-to-day resource planning across the business to ensure all staffing needs are met. This will be a part-time role, 20 hours a week spread across Monday to Friday with flexibility around working from home and at our offices in Kennington, South London.

Salary: £20-£23k depending on experience.

PR Freelancer: Sydney, Australia

We are seeking a media savvy mid-level freelance publicist to generate brand awareness for our clients. Using your local Sydney understanding of the creative industries and public relations, you will plan, write and implement publicity campaigns, including press releases, to ensure that a positive public image is maintained and expanded.

To be successful as our publicist in Sydney, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The top candidate will be a creative individual, with the ability to envision out-of-the-box PR strategies that help our clients make a splash in the public’s awareness.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately for a part time project including big creative industry names. The ideal candidate will be working in the creative industries already and have other current projects in the pipeline as the immediate project will not be full time.

Salary: dependant on experience.
